Eating Out

I know that we all went through this,. We go out to a fancy place to eat, when our food comes we grab our forks & they are dirty. We order food WELL done & it comes to us still pink in the middle. The servers don't come back to see if we need anything else, the next time we see them, it's to bring the bill & look for a TIP.
